Everyone in my house loves meatloaf and fresh veggies!
Ingredients:
8 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 small onion
2 lb lean ground beef
3 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup heinz ketchup
2 egss
1/2 cup italian style bread crumbs
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in baking pan (pref a bread pan) bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Excellent with home made mashed potatoes and fresh broccoli!
