Mashed Potatoe Salad

Creamy;a hit of tang from the French's Mustard, just like a loaded baked potato in a bowl.

Ingredients:

1 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions

2 cup Mayonaise

3 lb 7 Large Potatoes

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 cup Bacon bits

1 cup Fine Shreaded Sharp Cheddar

Directions:

Microwave 7 large potatoes for 15 minutes, pull our and peel off skin when able to handle, Cube and put in large bowl. Add ingredients of French's yellow mustard (1 c., sale and pepper 1 tsp of each, 1 Tbsp of sugar, French's cheddar french fried onions, 2 C of mayonnaise, 1/2 C of Real Bacon Bits, 1/2 c. of finely cut Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 C. of Milk; stir until well blended.
