MARMALADE 'N MUSTARD SALMON KABOBS

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO KEEP THE HEAT OUT OF THE KITCHEN IN THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS. GOES GREAT WITH SO MANY SIDE DISHES. NOTHING LIKE THE TASTE OF FRENCH'S HONEY MUSTARD & MARMALADE TOGETHER!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

2 lb FRESH SALMON FILETS

1 lb ZUCCHINI

2 cup CHERRY TOMATOES

2 lb LARGE SWEET ONIONS

1 lb MUSHROOMS

3 tbsp VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

4 oz ORANGE MARMALADE

Directions:

WASH ALL VEGETABLES & CUT INTO 1" CHUNKS. CUT SALMON INTO 2" PIECES. MIX SPICES & MARINADE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. PLACE IN FRIDGE IN A ZIP-LOCK BAG FOR 30 MIN. LOAD ONTO SKEWERS ALTERNATING TYPES OF VEGETABES & SALMON. BARBECUE FOR 10-15MIN.ON MED HEAT & BASTE WITH EXTRA SAUCE WHILE COOKING.  SERVE HOT & ENJOY!
