Marinated Grilled Salmon

Everyone in my family requested a copy of this recipe when I created it. They all love the great flavor and the health benefits of the salmon.

SERVINGS 4
COOK TIME 20 min
PREP TIME 40 min

Ingredients:

3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

4 Salmon Fillets - single serve

1/3 cup Soy Sauce

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

4 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 tsp dried Tarragon - crushed

Directions:

In a plastic or glass container combine soy sauce, oil, worchestershire, lemon juice, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, tarragon, salt and pepper. Cut fillet into 4 equal pieces and submerge into the marinade, skin side up. Cover and refrigerate 40 minutes. Heat grill or iron skillet to medium. Place fillets skin side down and cook 10-12 minutes, turn over and cook 10-12 minutes. Remove skin and grey matter (makes it less fishy), turn one more time for 2-3 minutes.
I like to serve my angel hair pasta with roasted garlic and peppers recipe but you can serve with your favorite vegetable or salad. *marinating longer gives it a much richer flavor, no longer than 4 hours
