Everyone loves this simple simple recipe because it can be used so many ways. I know the secret to it is the sugar and the French's! I have bottled it in pretty bottles and given them away at Christmas. People think it's this big dark family secret recipe! hehe Only I know the truth...and now YOU!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

Directions:

There is no cooking involved! Put 2 T of French's Yellow Mustard into an empty jar of 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 T water, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 package of sweetener(Equal, Sweet and Low, or very fine sugar)and one package of dry Italian dressing. Shake and serve over your favorite salad greens, or use as a marinade for chicken, beef, or pork. Great to use over a pasta salad, or couscous with corn and black beans and cilantro....you'll come up with all kinds of ideas...it's that versatile! Easy and keeps well in the refrig for weeks...if it stays that long!:)
I have also used by own grown herbs in lieu of the packaged...it just takes lots less time with the latter. I use finely diced 1T parsley, 1 T oregano, 2 minced garlic cloves, dash of salt and pepper and red pepper flakes.
