This chicken is tender and juicy. The flavor of the Honey Dijon Mustard really comes through and there is a slight sweetness from the maple syrup. This is a great recipe to share with friends and family.
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 tsp Paprika
4 tsp Real Maple Syrup
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp White Vinegar
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
In a medium bowl, stir together the olive oil, honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper, and maple syrup.
Pound the chicken breast until even thickness - about 1/2 inch thickness. Place chicken in the marinade, and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear.
