Totally fresh, sweet and tart flavors, which accent ANY main course. Dressing can be doubled and used for other greens.
Ingredients:
1 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup saffron oil
1 tbsp grated onion
4 cup greens
1 cup sliced avacado
1 cup mango
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Whisk first 5 ingredients (up to greens) and drizzle dressing over greens when ready to serve. May top with toasted slivered almonds and red onion slices if desired.
If fresh mango is not available, use 1 can of mandarin oranges drained. May add poppy seeds to the dressing and also may reduce the oil for lower fat.
