Mama's Meatloaf

This meatloaf is the best! It's always a race to the table when this item is on the menu. The warm, comforting feeling this meal brings makes everyone in the family smile :) Yum!

11/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

3 oz Sage stuffing mix-crushed

2 lb Ground beef

1/2 cup 2 eggs-beaten

3/4 cup Ketchup

7 oz Mushroom stems and pieces

2 cup Mozzarella Cheese-grated

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper


Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of the ketchup, worcestershire sauce, 1 cup of the French's fried onions, salt and pepper. Mix till combined. On a piece of parchment paper, flatten meatloaf into a rectangle shape. In middle place mushrooms and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Fold over the left side on top of mushrooms and cheese then fold over the right side on top of left side. Seal edges. Place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and drain fat. Spread on 1/4 cup of the ketchup. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozarella cheese on top of that. Then sprinkle on 1/4 cup of the French's fried onions. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
