All the great flavors of a Monte Cristo Quiche combined in this individual pie crust crup. Who can resist this delicious ham, turkey and swiss cheese; topped with a creamy alfredo-dijon filling. Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2/3 cup raspberry preserves
1 box (15 oz) refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey or chopped deli turkey meat
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham or chopped ham deli meat
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Combine 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard and raspberry preserves in a small bowl, mix thoroughly; Set aside. Remove pie crusts from pouches; place flat on work surface. With rolling pin, roll each crust into 12-inch round. With 3 1/2-inch round cutter, cut 22 rounds from crusts, rerolling scraps as necessary. Press each round into ungreased muffin cup. In large bowl combine ham, turkey, and swiss cheese. In another medium bowl, beat eggs with thoroughly with fork. Stir in alfredo sauce and remaining 1/4 cup French’s Honey Dijon mustard. Evenly spoon ham and turkey cheese mixture into each crust-lined cup. Top each with about 1 tablespoon egg mixture; divide any remaining alfredo egg mixture between cups.
