quick and easy...healthy and kids love the taste! It's a great recipe if you don't have a lot of time to cook. I prepare the night before and refrigerate until the next day when I cook.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced celery
1/4 cup egg ( 2 whole egg )
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 lb sliced smoked bacon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
combine first six ingredients together well in a large bowl, wrap with plastic and let sit in refrigerator 10-15 minutes so the breadcrumbs absorb the egg. adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper
pre heat oven to 350
spray 10x13 baking dish with non stick spray, place ground meat mixture in dish and form into a log shape
cut the bacon strips and lay across the top of the loaf overlapping from end to end. rub BOLD and SPICY brown mustard over the bacon
bake at 350 for 20 minutes, remove from oven and enjoy!!
