Kielbasa Skillet

This is a family favorite and a tasty one skillet meal. It is so quick and easy, but tastes like you labored for hours!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1 lb Kielbasa

1/2 head of cabbage chopped

4 potatoes, peeled and sliced

2 cup Baby carrots

2 medium onions quartered

1 clove minced garlic

1/2 cup Chicken broth

Directions:

Slice kielbasa and brown in deep skillet. Meanwhile, chop and prepare onions, potatoes and cabbage. Add chicken broth, onions, potatoes and carrots to skilet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped cabbage and cover and simmer 5-7 more minutes. Uncover and add French's Worcestershire Sauce and simmer 5-7 more minutes or until all vegetables are cooked through.
I don't really measure the garlic and vegetables, but add them by the unit. I estimated the actual measurement for 2 medium onions, a half head of cabbage chopped and 4 potatoes sliced.
