We all know how much kids love quesadillas and chicken nuggets. Now they don’t have to choose. They can eat them both in one kid-pleasing meal. Top it with ranch dressing and they are in heaven!!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
8 oz frozen breaded chicken breast tenders
1 tsp margarine
6 flour tortillas, 10 inch
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp barbeque sauce
4 oz sliced pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
Directions:
Bake the breaded chicken breast tenders on a large baking sheet in the oven according to package directions. Remove them from the oven and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
If necessary adjust the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Spread half of the margarine on one side of 2 tortillas. Place the 2 tortillas buttered sides down on the baking sheet. Spread the FRENCH’S Honey Dijon mustard evenly on the 2 tortillas on the baking sheet and then top them with the cheddar cheese. Evenly divide the chicken pieces over the cheddar cheese. Top each quesadilla with a second tortilla and spread the barbeque sauce on top. Divide the jack cheese over the barbeques sauce. Spread the remaining ½ teaspoon of the margarine on one side of the remaining 2 tortillas. Place them on the quesadillas with the buttered sides up.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 12 minutes depending on how crisp you like your tortillas. Remove them from the oven and allow them to set up for 3 minutes. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and drizzle with ranch dressing.
