Kicken Chicken Strips With Honey Mustard Sauce

Everyone loves this recipe. It is perfect to make when you have little time but need a large quantity to keep the "Troops" fed. Perfect as a snack or as a main dish.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, Cut into 1 inch strips

2 cup Flour

4 Eggs

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

1/4 cup Honey

3 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

Chicken Strips Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet Wisk together eggs and water in a bowl. Place flour in a shallow dish. You can add any type of spices you would like to the flour and egg mixture. I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place chicken in egg mixture then dredge in flour. Add to heated skillet. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on the chicken strips. Cook until golden brown on both sides and when juices run clear Let cool for 3 minutes then serve with homemade honey mustard. Honey Mustard Sauce Combine mustard, honey, sugar and 1T of cayenne pepper. Wisk together until smooth. Serve immediately.
