Jazzed up beans

Ingredients:

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 pt 16 oz can of pork & beans

1/4 cup 2 slices of bacon

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

Cut bacon into pieces and render them. Take out bacon and set aside. Add chopped onions to bacon fat and saute until translucent. Add black pepper, white pepper, dry mustard & paprika to onions & stir. Add the can of pork & beans and stir. Simmer until beans are heated through. Put in serving dish & sprinkle the French's French Fried Onions on top.
Use your family's favorite pork & beans or baked beans product. You can also add a bit of chili powder or barbecue sauce if you like. The seasonings can be adjusted to taste. This can also be poured into an oven-safe dish and heated it in oven at the end.
