You can add or take out what you like and each one can have a surprise. Before folding bisket over, you can add something special. You could add a small peice of sharp chedder which will melt in heat, or add lettuce are really anything...
Ingredients:
2 tsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1 lb Hamburger
2 tbsp soul seasoning
1 cup oinon
20 lb cheap biscets (cans)
2 cup flour
4 oz cheese
Directions:
Dice Onion up, start to brown hamburger, add seasoning, mustard and onion in large skilet. Once meat is done, add cheese to melt. As hamburger cooks, open canned biskets and put flour out and flatten bisket with flour. Once the hamburger is cooked, spoon one table spoon of meat in the middle of flattened bisket. Fold bisket over and take fork and crimp around opening. Use a clean well oiled pan and place over med. high heat. Add each bisket to pan one at a time (more then two are easy to burn). Just brown on each side and serve hot..
