Ingredients:

3/4 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 cup mayonnaise with olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1.5 cup Sundried Tomatoes Packed in Olive Oil

2 lb Italian seasoned ground turkey

1.5 cup fresh crumbled mozzarella cheese

3/4 cup finely chopped sweet onions

12 Sweet Hawaiian Dinner rolls

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat the gas grill to medium high heat. Pulse the mayo, 1 clove of minced garlic, and 1 cup sundried tomatoes, including the oil in which they were jarred, in the food processor until smooth. Place mayo sundried tomato mixture in small bowl and set aside. Finely chop the remaining sundried tomatoes; set aside. Combine Italian seasoned ground turkey, 1/2 cup crumbled mozzarella cheese, finely chopped sundried tomatoes, minced garlic, finely chopped sweet onions, and 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper. Divide the ground turkey mixture into 12 equal portions and, using your hands, shape into 12 small burgers about 3 1/2-inches wide. Place the patties on the grill and cook until patties are done, about 3-4 minutes per side. Preheat Panini Press. To assemble sliders: Spread equal thin amount of sundried tomato mayo mixture onto each cut side of rolls. On each bottom roll, place patty and top with equal amounts of fresh mozzarella and 1 tablespoon French’s French Fried Onions. Top with top half of bun. Press each slider for 2-3 minutes on a medium-high grill height until the cheese is melted. Serve sliders hot and with the extra sundried tomato mayo mixture for dipping. Eat and enjoy!!!!
