Everybody loves comfort food, and the blend of sausage, French fried onions, and cheese really hits the "comfort chord." It brings smiles to my happy family and friends, but it also brings the cook a smile, because it's so easy!
Ingredients:
3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb bulk pork sausage
24 oz 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage and drain off fat. Flatten biscuits into 3-inch circles. Press half of the biscuits on the bottom and up the sides of a greased bundt pan. Spoon sausage over. Sprinkle on onions, then cheese. Top with remaining flattened biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before inverting on serving plate.
This is so scrumptious-- great for any meal, snacking, tail-gate parties, potlucks.
