Individual Hurry-Curry Mustard Bread

Quick and unique bread that you can serve alongside dinner.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

1 cup All-purpose flour

3/4 tsp Baking powder

1/4 tsp Baking soda

1/4 cup White granulated sugar

1/2 tsp Curry powder

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Buttermilk

1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

1.  Pre-heat oven to 350F.2.  In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder, baking powder, sugar, and curry powder.  Mix well.3.  Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, and mustard.  Mix just to combine evenly.4.  Line 12-cup muffin pan with 8 paper baking cups.5.  Pour batter evenly into lined cups.  Fill the other 4 with water.6.  Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.7.  Cool to eat.
