INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES

These loaves taste so good!!!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

12 oz Cooked ham, cut into chunks

2 cup Peeled, cooked potatoes, cut into chunks

1 Large onion, cut into chunks

6 oz Extra-sharp cheddar cheese, cut into chunks

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

2 tbsp Soft butter

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In food processor mince ham finely Scrape into large mixing bowl. (It is not necessary to wash processor bowl between steps.) Mince potatoes, bread, and onion separately in processor, and add each to mixing bowl. Put cheese through grater disc of processor and add to bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands or fork until well-blended. Pack mixture into 4 mini loaf pans (about 1 cup size). Place loaves on a baking pan for ease of handling, and bake 15-20 minutes or until tops are beginning to brown. Garnish with parsley or chopped chives, if desired.
Servings are rather large, adult-size.
