Congratulations to Heather Smith for Winning the 2009 Cookoff

Hot & Sassy Artichoke Dip

This recipe was a hit with the ladies in my office & my social groups. I am invited to gatherings as long as I bring 'the dip'.

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

11/2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1 1/3 less fat Philly Cream Cheese

1 Can Quartered Artichoke Hearts, diced

1 cup Jalapeno's, diced

1/4 cup Real Mayo

1 cup Shredded Parm or White Cheddar Cheese

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Garlic, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Take out of over & mix together again. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers
A lot of these ingredients can be adjusted for taste: jalapeno's, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & garlic. I like a lot of kick with my dip.
