Hot Pastrami Reuben Dip

I just came up with this recipe at the beginning of football season. It has been requested every Sunday since. Everybody loves this dip! It's like eating a reuben, but even better!

SERVINGS 8
COOK TIME 30 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

8 oz thinly sliced pastrami, chopped

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

6 oz shredded swiss cheese, divided

1 cup shredded sauerkraut, drained

1/4 cup thousand island dressing

8 oz rye crackers, for serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mustard, chopped pastrami, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and 4oz.(1 cup) shredded swiss cheese into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined. Spread mixture into bottom of an 8in. x 8in. baking dish. In a small mixing bowl combine sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Spread evenly over pastrami and cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining swiss cheese (1/2 cup) over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly around edges. Let it sit 5 minutes before serving. Serve with rye crackers.
I used Triscuit Rye Crackers with caraway seeds. It's goes well with the dip.
