This particular recipe brings a smile to my face because it is a favorite of the kids as well as the adults. It is quick and easy and the combination of the homemade honey mustard saucce with the combination of the curry powder gives it a finishing touch.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 lb Chicken Breast or Tenderloins
1 cup Honey
1/2 cup All -Purpose Flour
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup Canola Oil
3 Eggs Beaten
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and heat in sauce pan.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Combine eggs and water dip chicken into egg wash and roll into flour.
Heat canola oil on medium heat in a frying pan and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove from oil and place chicken on paper towels to absorbe excess oil.
Disgard oil and place cooked chicken in original frying pan and pour sauce over chicken to coat. Add Salt & Pepper. Enjoy
Sauce can be placed on the side as a dipping sauce with chicken tenders.
