honey pork tenderloin

We live on a farm in the mid west where we were in the production of pork. Finding new ways to prepare pork using Frenchs mustard and fried onions gave me a new challenge. Frenchs mustard and fried onions inhanced the flavor of the pork tenderloin. THis recipe can be made in a short amount of time with few ingredients.

SERVINGS 3
COOK TIME 20 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 lb 1 lb. cubed pork tenderloin

1 1 egg

1/8 tsp 1.8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp 1.8 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine egg, garlic powder, salt and honey dijon mustard. Set Aside. Finely crush fried onions (food processor). Dip cubed pork in egg mixtureand then in fried onion crumbs, Fry in small amount of oil over medium heat. To high heat causes onion coating to become to brown, lightly brown on both sides. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until pork is fully cooked.
Because of Safflower and sunflower oil in the fried onions you can use less oil for cooking.
