honey mustard ham

Very flavorful. My kids love good smelling, good tasting and fast new recipies.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp honey

1 lb smoked ham steaks

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup green onion

Directions:

mix water,honey and mustard in a 10 inch skillet until it boils. reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.Remove ham and keep warm. stir sour cream to skillet and cook one minute. Pour over ham and sprinkle with sliced green onion
