Honey Dijon Pecan Crusted Salmon

This delicious baked salmon will melt in your mouth. It has a wonderful blend of flavors, with a great crunch. Everyone will be asking for more.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3 tbsp melted butter, divided

1/3 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

1 lb 4 salmon fillets (16 oz total)

1 lemon for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse salmon and pat dry; place fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet. In a small bowl stir together 2 tablespoons butter with the honey mustard; spread the mixture over the top and sides of each fillet. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs with pecans; sprinkle and lightly press mixture onto top and sides of each fillet. Drizzle one tablespoon butter over breadcrumb mixture . Bake in preheated oven 14-18 minutes, or until it flakes with a fork. Garnish with a wedge of lemon. Serve immediately.
