Honey Dijon Parmesan Crusty Whitefish

This recipe is really simple to make, but tastes heavenly. The sauce is so creamy and delicious. It's a wonderful way to prepare white fish. It goes great with rice

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

2 lb whitefish fillets (Sole, Tilapia, etc.)

1 tbsp butter, softened

1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place fish fillets in a single layer on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Combine butter, mayonnaise, mustard, hot pepper sauce, and salt in a small bowl; spread evenly over fillets. Sprinkle green onions on top. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness. Fish should flake with a fork when done. Then broil on high, 5-6 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
