It is always a crowd pleaser! Everyone who has had my Honey Dijon Chicken & Pasta always comes back for seconds and asks for the recipe. Bon Appétit!
Ingredients:
4 tsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1.5 lb boneless skinless Chicken breats
1.5 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
10.5 oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup
4 tsp canola oil
6 cup Penne Pasta
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking cut chicken into 1/2" pieces. Drain pasta and set aside. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sauté for 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup to chicken, stir mixture until the sauce is blended. Add cheese, Mustard and Pasta. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Toss until pasta is coated with the mustard sauce.
You don't have to use Penne pasta. You could also use Rotini, Rigatoni, Ziti, and Mostaccioli.
