My family loves BBQ and shrimp, so this is a perfect combination. The prawns are baked, but still crunchy. The kids love to help with crunching the potato chips and eating them too.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup BBQ sauce, favorite prepared
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1.5 lb Prawns or Jumbo Shrimp
1 cup BBQ Potato Chips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Prepare Prawns if not done at market: Leave tail on, remove shell and devein. Pat dry, salt and pepper and set aside. Place French's french fried onions and BBQ potato chips in a plastic sealed bag. Smash with rolling pin until combined and broken. Place on large plate. Place French's honey mustard on second plate. Dip prawns in honey mustard and roll in chips. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake till done about 10 minutes. For the creamy BBQ sauce, in a bowl combine mayo, BBQ sauce and French's dijon mustard. Mix until smooth. Serve with cooked prawns.
