Heavenly spinach or broccoli ball appetizers

As usual as I made these today, they were all devoured before I could take a picture for this receipe and my family told me to just make more! Whenever I announce I am making heavenly balls they all seem to congregate into the kitchen and distract me but I keep my fly swatter handy to catch a few hands popping into the oven just before that heavenly aroma fills our home! I hope this receipe brings a bit of heaven to your's! ENJOY!!!!

1 lb FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

2 tsp salt

2 cup pepper

Directions:

2 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach or frozen broccoli thawed and all water squeezed out. 1 8 oz. pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Dressing crushed finely . 1 cup French's cheddar french onion rings crushed. 1 cup onion finely chopped. 2t. pepper 2t. salt. 1 stick butter melted . 1/2c parmesan cheese . 5 beaten eggs. 2 T. garlic chopped .mix all ingredients well and chill till firm. Form into 1" balls and bake at 350 degrees for ten to 15 minutes on a greased sheet.
Watch out for snoops in the kitchen as they smell these heavenly appetizers baking and try to grab them as they are baking. Freeze remaining balls on a greased cookie sheet in a single layer until firm and place in freezer baggies for easy accesibility. Will freeze perfectly for over two months. Can dip into melted cheese sauce or sprinkle with a little lemon squeeze but taste awesome just warm out of the oven as they are.
