This is my family's favorite potatoe caserole and would eat it everyday if I'd serve it. It's even good cold!
Ingredients:
11 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 lb Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
22 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup (2 Cans)
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Thaw potatoes in microwave. Add salt and pepper to potatoes. Heat soup with sour cream and cheese and stir into potatoes. Put into a 9 x 13 caserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Now crush and add French's French Fried Onions evenly over the top of the potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
This is a delicious way to serve potatoes! You could even turn it into potatoe salad by adding chopped celery, pickles, and salad dressing. YUMM-O!!!
