Heavenly Hash Brown Chops

This dish is delicious. It has a crispy crunchy crust, followed by a burst of flavor from the sweet tangly French's Honey Mustard. It is sure to make people happy because it tastes good, is easy to prepare, and all these things are available in most homes.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

1 lb 4 boneless thinly sliced pork chops

2 cup refrigerated, shredded hashbrowns

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried italian seasoning

1/3 cup olive oil

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Step 1- Season 4 boneless thinly sliced pork chops on both sides with 1 tsp. of salt, 1 tsp. of pepper, 1 tbsp. onion powder, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning. Step 2-Add 1 ½ cups of refrigerated shredded hash browns to a shallow pan. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper and gently toss. Step 3- Pour 1/3 cup of French’s Honey Mustard into a shallow pan. Coat both sides of the pork chops with the honey mustard. Step 4- Dip pork chops into seasoned hash browns. You may have to press gently get the potatoes to form a nice thin crust. Once all 4 pork chops are coated, set them aside. Step 5- Heat 1/3 cup olive oil on medium high. You can test to see if it’s hot enough by placing a piece of hash brown into the oil. If it sizzles and starts turning brown after a minute its ready. Step 6- Cook the pork chops until golden brown and crispy. It should be about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve with your favorite side dishes. ENJOY!!!
