Hawaiian Glazed Chicken Sliders

Want paradise on a roll? Well then take a bit of this quick and easy Hawaiian chicken slider, and slide right into a smile!!!

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

2.8 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

16 oz 1 Can Pineapples (in juice)

6 Hawiian Rolls

3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

6 Small Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


Glaze Combine 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp of pineapple juice drained from canned pineapples, with brown sugar, French’s Honey Mustard, French’s Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Mix well. Bring mixture to a simmer. Remove from heat after glaze thickens to a caramel sauce consistency. While sauce is thickening, season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Grill six pineapple slices. Next grill chicken until cooked through. Brush glaze on chicken 5 minutes before removing it from the grill. Split Hawaiian rolls, and warm. Spread rolls with remaining glaze, and assemble sliders with French’s Fried Onions on the bottom, following with half of chicken breast, small slice of pepper jack cheese, and grilled pineapple slice. Enjoy!!!
When glazing the chicken separate 3/4 of the glaze for glazing the chicken. Use the remainder of the glaze for brushing on the Hawaiian Rolls.
