Hardy Bar-B-Que Meat Loaf

My children and husband think it is the best meatloaf they have ever had. Yummy!

PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

2 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions Products

4 tbsp FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)

4 oz Diced Geen Chiles

2 cup Shoestring Carrots

2 cup Salt Lick Original Recipe Bar-B-Que Sauce

2 lb Natural Angus Ground Beef

1 Egg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Hold back 1 cup of Bar-b-que sauce. Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick spray. Divide the loafs and cover with the remaining sauce. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Slice and serve with steamed cheese broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes.
Freeze any left overs for a fabulous second meal
