Happy Potato Faces

This nutritious, one-dish meal is quick and easy to prepare. Most of all, it's fun to make and serve! Everyone's eyes lit up when I brought Happy Potato Faces to the table. Adults liked the ease of preparation and nutritional value. Everyone liked the taste! Kids especially like dthe cute faces designed just for them.

Ingredients:

6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1 tsp FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce Products

1.33 cup Chicken Broth

2 tbsp Butter

.66 cup milk

6.6 oz instant potatos

4 tbsp sour cream

1 polish sausage

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Bake French's French Fried Onions on cookie sheet for 15 min While onions are baking, in a medium sized pot boil chicken broth and butter. Remove from burner. Add milk, worcestire sauce, instand potatoes, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Using desired method, thoroughly heat sausage. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices discarding ends. To Assemble and Serve: Scoop potatoes to about 7" in diameter. Flatten slightly. To make hair, press French's french fried onions on top of circle, going half way down for boys and 2/3 down for girls. Press 2 slices sausage half way down for eyes, and one below for nose. Place 4 slices in a curve for mouth. Serve immediately.
