ham and potato salad

It is a tasty, easy meal that has something for everybody.

Ingredients:

2 tsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 lb potatoes

1 lb cooked,cubed ham

1 cup mayonaisse

4 oz 2 chopped, hard cooked eggs

1/2 cup chopped celery

3 oz minced onion

Directions:

Chop potatoes and boil until fork tender. Cool. In the meantime, mix mayonaisse, mustard, salt, & pepper. Mix eggs, ham, potatoes, onions, and celery in dressing. Serve on four plates and top with fried onions.
