Ham and Dijon Pastry Cups

These are very different and delicious! They sound complicated to make, but are really very easy. They're a perfect appetizer for a dinner party or for a brunch buffet.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

17 oz 1 package frozen Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets

8 oz Cream Cheese with chives and onions

1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese

1 oz 1 egg

4 oz Chopped Deli Ham

1/2 cup Red bell pepper chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thaw pastry sheets. Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray. Open pastry and cut each rectangle into 12 pieces to make 24 altogether. Push each piece into a section of muffin tin, gently. Mix remaining ingredients together. Put spoonful of mixture into each cup. Bake 15-20 minutes at 425 until lightly browned. Remove from cup and serve warm.
