These sandwiches are so tasty. The sweetness of the rolls makes them addicting and the chipotle sauce adds a little spice making it a perfect combination. It's a different twist for a classic ham and cheese sandwich and is perfect for picnics or get togethers to watch a football game. I've never had an unhappy eater with these sliders.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
24 *King's Hawaiian Rolls
1 lb Deli thin Ham
1 lb Swiss or Muenster Cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place rolls on a 13x9 baking sheet. Cut rolls in half and place tops of rolls to the side. Distribute ham evenly among rolls. Next, place cheese on top of rolls. Spread raspberry chipotle sauce evenly on top of cheese. Place tops of rolls back on top of sandwiches. Cut along perforations of rolls making them into individual sliders. Next, mix melted butter, mustard, and worcestershire together. With a spoon, drizzle mixture on top of sandwiches and in the crevices between the sandwiches. Sprinkle French fried onions on top. Bake 10-12 minutes until slightly brown and cheese is melted.
King's Hawaiian Rolls can be bought in a package of 12, so two packages are needed. Other rolls can be substituted if needed.
