grindle creek slaw with poppy seed dressing

so easy and fresh tasting. great as a side dish or serve it on a shrimp or oyster po boy sandwich. aslo great version for people who do not like slaw made with vinegars!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

8 cup shredded cabbage

2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp poppy seed

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

mix cabbage,carrot and onion in large bowl. combine all other ingredients and mix well. blend into cabbage mixture. serve now or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavor to meld.
