Grilled Mustard Pork Chops with Herb Butter

Easy to prepare and even easier to eat. Your grill does all the work.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

2 lb Pork Chops

1 tsp Dry Mustard

8 tbsp Softened Butter

1 tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley

2 tsp Dried Chopped Onion

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Make the Herb Butter ahead of time: In a small bowl combine 4 Tbs. softened butter, parsley, dried onion, lemon juice. Chill until firm. For the chops, make a paste of the two mustards, salt, pepper and 4 Tbs. softened butter and spread onto both sides of each chop. Grill over medium heat about 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and place chops on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Wrap tightly and place packet on grill (med. heat) for about 10 minutes. Remove packet from grill and open carefully. Plate the chops, placing equal chunks of the chilled Herb Butter on top of each chop.
I usually serve these with rice pilaf and a fresh vegetable.
