Grilled Mustard Pork Chops With Fennel.

My recipe brings me smiles because it smells so delicious when it is cooking.

COOK TIME 10 min
PREP TIME 10 min

Ingredients:

8 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Directions:

4 Pork Chops- Sprinkle each porkchop with salt and pepper to liking. Put one tablespoon of FRENCH'S Classic Yellow Mustard on top of each porkchop. Sprinkle one Tsp of fennel seed on top of each porkchop and push the fennel seeds into the mustard and Porkchop so it sticks. Grill on Low heat for 4 minutes then turn over and cover each porkchop with one tablespoon of FRENCH'S Mustard along with one tsp of fennel seed. Grill another 6 minutes or till it done.
