The tangy, sweet flavor of the fish is wonderful -- favorite dish during our summers!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)
2 lb Fish Fillets
6 tbsp Stick of Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Sugar
Directions:
For mustard sauce, put all ingredients into a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until sugar melts and butter is clarified.
Remove from heat and pour in safe bowl.
Thaw fish if frozen (we use Tilapia). Cut fillets into serving sizes.
Make a rectangle "platter" using heavy duty aluminum foil, big enough to fit fish pieces side by side.
Spray the foil with cooking spray and place fillets side by side.
Place on hot grill and brush each serving generously with mustard sauce.
After about 4-6 minutes of grilling, check fish with fork and ensure its done by its "flakiness."
