A dinner in 15 minutes that is fresh, simple, and pleasing to the palate - of course this recipe brings smiles to both the chef and diners!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh dill, snipped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl combine the dijon, honey, salt and pepper. Place halibut steaks on grill and brush with Dijon-Honey sauce. Grill 4 minutes per side, basting frequently. Fish should flake easily with fork when finished. Remove to serving platter and sprinkle halibut steaks with fresh dill.
