Greek Vegetarian Patties

People smile because after the first bite they find these patties are filled with flavor and very irresistible. Sometimes a second batch is required because they get eaten before they hit the table. Everyone who has tried my new recipe, loves it because not only is it so easy to make, it is totally vegetarian, wheat free, and very healthy for you.
