Grecos (Greek nachos)

Quick, Easy and Yummy!! You don't need to be much of a cook to make these nachos and guys devour them. Gals enjoy them too if they can get to them! It's a new twist on an old favorite and the toppings add color and chunch.

Ingredients:

2 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/2 cup Beer (can use non-alcholic)

4 oz cream cheese

8 oz crumbled Feta cheese with herbs (divided)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

1/3 cup sweet red pepper (diced small)

1/4 cup black olives pitted (sliced thin)

12 oz bag of Pita chips

Directions:

In heavy pot heat beer and stir in cream cheese, half of Feta cheese (4 oz) and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Bring to a simmer and hold on warm. Arrange pita chips over a large serving platter. Evenly pour cheese mixture over top of chips. Distribute diced red peppers, sliced black olives, remaining Feta and French’s onions over top of Grecos. Serve immediately.
