You get all the taste and crunch of famous Buffalo wings only much much healthier and without the mess.
Ingredients:
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 lb Ground chicken
6 oz packaged falafel mix
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
1 lb packaged mixed salad greens
1/2 lb packaged julienned carrots
1 cup your favorite blue cheese dressing
Directions:
Prepar falafel mix as directed on pacvkage, (use only one packet if there are two provided). Mix in the chicken and form into 1 inch balls. Fry up in a thin layer of olive oil until browned and 165 degrees. Drain and cover with the Franks hot sauce. Plate up the greens and form a cradle with the carrots for your blue chees. Layer your chicken balls on top and finish off with crispy crunchy French's onions.
