My Grandfather made this at those rare special barbeques. Even as adults, we still savor the fond memories associated with these wonderful burgers. Simple, rich, and fun to make.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 lb 85/15 ground beef
16 oz American cheese
8 Hamburger buns
4 cup lettuce and tomatos
Directions:
Mix ground beef well with worcestershire sauce. Form meat into patties and grill. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix equal amounts of mustard and mayonnaise. Slice all other ingredients.
Put hamburger together with French's onions on top, followed by sauce, cheese, meat, tomato, and lettuce.
