Grandpa Jerry's Mustard Roast

Ingredients:

24 oz FRENCH'S® Bold n' Spicy Brown Mustard

.5 cup olive oil

2 cup table salt

4 lb Beef Roast

Directions:

Coat roast with olive oil and then one bottle of mustard per side-it'll be good and thick. Add salt,using half cup per side. This will make a nice thick crust. You will need two charcoal fires, start the second fire 15 mins. after placing the roast on the first. You will put the roast directly on the coals.Cook the first side 25 mins.Turn roast over and into the second set of coals.Cook until internal temp is 165. Flake off remaining mustart crust from roast before serving.
