Ingredients:
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
3/4 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
1 tsp Herb Chicken Seasoning
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10 Baby Carrots, chopped into quarters lengthwise
1/2 cup Broccoli Florets, finely chopped
2 oz Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz Crescent Rolls
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Steam carrots and broccoli until tender (approx. 10 minutes). Set aside.
3. Cut chicken in half lengthwise and then widthwise so there are four thin pieces. Season each side of the chicken pieces with herb chicken seasoning.
4. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook 3-4 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and heat another 3-4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5. Open crescent roll can and break off two at a time onto baking sheet with edges so there are four crescent squares on the baking sheet.
6. Place a piece of chicken in the middle of each crescent square. Add the carrots, broccoli and french fried onions evenly to each square, reserving 1 tablespoon of the french fried onions for garnishment. Loosely fold over two of the four corners of each square and top with the cheddar cheese and french fried onions reserve.
7. Bake in 375º oven for 11-13 minutes or until top starts to brown. Serve immediately.
