Ingredients:
1 pt FRENCH'S® Mustard Products
1 pt FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
2 pt eggs
4 pt pork loin chops
1 cup flour
Directions:
golden chops.
grease a baking sheet by drizzling canola oil onto it
pre heat oven to 400
beat 2 eggs and 4 tbsp Frenchs mustard together in a shallow mixing container.
put Frenchs fried onions into a processor and crumble small, place in a shallow bowel.
salt and pepper the chops.
Dip the chops into flour , then egg mixture , then your Frenchs fried onion crumbs.
place on baking sheet. Cook in pre heated oven at 400 for 25 min.
