German Style Burgers

These German Style Hamburgers bring smiles to all who have tried them. They are a perfect fall hamburger and remind us of our time in Germany and our favorite German ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1 tbsp FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 lb 80 % Ground Beef

1/4 tsp Caraway seed

4 Rye Sandwich buns

4 oz Swiss Cheese

1/2 cup Sauerkraut

1 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:

Preheat grill on high. In large bowl add ground beef, French’s Yellow Mustard, caraway seeds, and black pepper. Shape into four round patties making an indentation in the center of each. Place patties on grill and reduce heat to medium. Grill for 4 minutes per side. Prepare mustard mayonnaise by combining mayonnaise, French’s Spicy Brown Mustard, and salt in small bowl. When hamburgers are done place patties on rye hamburger buns top with sliced Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and mustard mayonnaise.
